Patient Advocate Foundation (PAF) is a national 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization which provides case management services and financial aid to Americans with chronic, life threatening and debilitating illnesses, including Copay Relief Program, which is one of the self-contained divisions of PAF, that provides direct financial assistance to insured patients who meet certain qualifications to help them pay for the prescriptions and/or treatments they need.
